The full amount must be paid at the time of booking through Nets’ payment solution.
By completing the payment, you confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions and Rules and guidelines for using Sjøbadstua.
As the renter, you are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your group follows the rules.
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT).
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
If the booking is cancelled later than this, or in the case of no-show, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
The owner is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Sjøbadstua reserves the right to cancel bookings due to technical issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

We will confirm receipt of your complaint and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, you as a consumer may bring the case to the Norwegian Consumer Council or the Consumer Complaints Commission for mediation.
